How I came up with the idea:
At first I wanted to do some paper sculptures but they looked too hard. ThenI saw a cool picture of a bird and I was like, I could make that, but wouldn't it be cooler in modeling clay, YEAH! The nest came later when I finished the bird early, and then the eggs, and then finally the egg in the frying pan.
What was hard:
Sometimes the bird would fall apart and I had to take a lot of time trying fix it again. Since I wasted so much time fixing it, I the last few classes I had to work really hard and I only spoke a few words.
What I learned:
Just because something might look bad when you start, doesn't mean that the finished product will be bad.
