Charater Develpment

        In the start of The Landry News, Cara is a 5th grade girl who likes, and is good at making newspapers. She started making a newspaper of her own called The Landry News, soon her friends joined in on the The Landry news, the whole school liked the The Landry News. At the beginning Cara's teacher, Mr.Larson, did not teach the kids anything, he said it was better if the kids taught themselves, but for some reason he changed when the first edition of The Landry News came out. The principal was never fond of Mr.Larson, but he couldn't fire him either, but he finally found a way that he could. Right now, Cara's whole class knew that Dr.Barnes, the principal, had found a way to fire Mr.Larson, they tried to get Dr.Barnes to stop in many ways, because they liked him more after he changed, one of the kids made a speech and read a story about his life that was put on one of the editions of The Landry News, Cara tried her best in defending Mr.Larson, he tried hard too. In the end, Cara liked Mr.Larson a lot and said that that year in school was the best school year she ever had.

What I am Thankful for?

I am thankful for the trees because they give us clean air and oxygen to breathe.

I am thankful for my brother because he always plays with me, and that makes me happy.

I am thankful for a school to teach me and give me knowledge.

• Do NOT open any unexpected files or e-mails, you should delete them right away.
• Your online friends can send you viruses on accident, so be careful.
• Do not share where you live, your full name, or anything else about your family that's private.
• If you are being cyberbullied tell an adult that you trust, and take a break from the internet.
• Ignore the bully and don't respond, often they will give up.
